1. Booking & Reservation Policy

  • Check-In: Standard check-in time starts at 14:00. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival and may incur an additional charge.

  • Check-Out: Standard check-out time is by 12:00 (Noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate.

  • Identification Requirements: All guests must present a valid passport, national identity card, or government-issued photo ID upon check-in.

2. Payment & Extra Charges

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved local digital payments.

  • Incidental & Extra Services: Any additional services requested during your stay such as room service, laundry, or extra amenities will be charged separately prior to departure.

 3. Property Rules & Guest Responsibilities

  • Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on the property, with the exception of certified service animals (please notify management in advance).

  • Damages & Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respect other visitors. Any damage to property or missing items caused by guests will be billed to the guest's account.

Booking Cancellation Policy

At Minj hotel Khovd, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth reservation management.

Cancellation policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations or modifications made up to 24  hours prior to the check-in date are penalty-free.

  • Late Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations received past the deadline, or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, will result in a fee equivalent to the charge for the first night of the reservation.
